The IHEART Spring 2026 Virtual Workshop was a two-day convening focused on strengthening the Native health workforce through connection, shared learning, and collaboration.
The workshop was held on March 24–25, 2026, and hosted virtually on Zoom.
Programming will included regional breakout sessions, discipline-specific discussions across healthcare fields, student panels highlighting education and workforce pathways, and updates from the National Indian Health Board (NIHB). Additional sessions provided space for cross-regional learning, peer exchange, and updates on emerging workforce initiatives. This virtual workshop was designed for students, healthcare professionals, educators, and partners engaged in advancing Native health workforce development.
