Must be an admitted University of Utah student, Utah resident or a non-resident student who qualifies for resident tuition, enrolled full-time (12+ units) in a degree seeking program, a member of one of 11 federally-recognized tribes in Utah; must have FAFSA on file and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
